Crew terms

The Crew is the rewards program of Street Eats Eatery, operating at our Yagan Square, Mt Hawthorn, Rockingham, Scarborough and Mt Pleasant venues. Questions go to hello@streeteatseatery.com.

You earn 100 creds for every dollar you spend, applied when staff scan your member code before payment, or when we approve a receipt you send in. You also earn creds for things that are not spending: checking in, bringing a mate, posting about us, rating a visit and the daily wheel. Your tier multiplies what you earn.

creds has no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and is not a gift card. We may cap how much can be earned from any one task and may reverse creds awarded in error or obtained dishonestly.

We pay creds for rating your visit with us directly, and for leaving a Google review. The creds is for leaving an honest review, good or bad, and never depends on what you say or the star rating you give. We never pay for likes or comments on social posts.

Rewards are priced at 1,000 creds for every $1 of menu value. You can claim a reward once your balance is at least 10,000 creds, and the reward's price is then taken from your balance.

Claiming a reward issues a single-use code tied to you. Staff scan it and it is spent. Codes expire on the date shown, cannot be replaced once expired, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so. Rewards depend on availability and specific items can be withdrawn.

If your account has no activity at all for 12 months, the balance expires. Any activity resets the clock: a visit, a scan, a spin, a post. We will email you before it happens if we have your permission to email you.

Rewards are not intended to encourage drinking. We will not run promotions that reward rapid or excessive consumption, and all alcohol service remains subject to Western Australian liquor law and the judgement of our staff.

You can close your account any time by emailing us, and any unspent creds goes with it. We can suspend an account for fraud or abuse. If we ever wind the program up we will give 30 days notice so you can spend what you have.
