Delete your data

How to ask

1. Email hello@streeteatseatery.com with the subject "Delete my Crew account".
2. Send it from the email you joined with, so we know it is you.
3. We delete everything within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, mobile, birthday), your creds history, your photos, receipts and check-ins, and any Instagram posts, comments and handle we matched to you. Unspent creds and open vouchers go with it and cannot be brought back.

Instagram only

To stop us matching your Instagram, remove your handle from your profile, or email us and we will delete every Instagram record linked to you while keeping your account.

What we have to keep

If you bought something, the sale record stays in our till system as tax law requires. It is no longer linked to you.
